This one caught me by surprise even though I read the tasting notes beforehand. I didn’t realize how peppery this was going to taste. When I first tasted it, it was smooth and lovely and then hit me in the throat a few seconds later making me cough a bit. The flavor is good but not on its own. I can’t do shots of this as I wanted to for the health benefits.
